Our Retail Department is open Monday through Saturday. Our Service Department is open Tuesday through Saturday. Our Internet Department is open Monday through Friday. Occasionally we are closed on major holidays to enjoy time with our families.
Throttle Worx is located in Sacramento in the Natomas/Norwood area, off of I-80 and Norwood Avenue. We are just south of I-80 and Norwood Avenue, where the backside of the building can be seen from the Interstate. Our goal is to provide you a professional, positive, and enjoyable atmosphere to service and sell accessories for your Honda, Kawasaki, Suzuki, or Yamaha motorcycle. We enjoy working on motorcyles from the 1970s to the present. Just be aware that for some bikes, parts are just not available anymore.
Throttle Worx has a 5,800 square foot facility to ensure we meet all your service needs. You will find a selection of motorcycle accessories, riding and casual apparel, helmets, gifts, covers, gadgets, mounts, and tires. If we don't have it in stock, we can always order it for you. We prefer to service your motorcycle with OEM parts. If you need a part, we have the resource and capability of ordering whatever OEM metric motorcycle part you need and is still available.
Throttle Worx's Service Department is capable of servicing most metric street motorcycles. We perform tire changes, general maintenance and repairs, suspension upgrades, and take in old street bikes as well. Throttle Worx's Service Department is there for you for those tough times when you have been in an accident. We can write the estimate and work with the insurance company to get your bike back on the road.
Throttle Worx does not price match with other retailers or internet businesses, then again very few businesses match our services. We offer a great quality product that we stand behind and discounted prices. We will also work with you on ensuring product is warranted when required and replace damaged product during shipping. We prefer not to drop ship product unless needed. This way we control the quality of the product that is shipped out and how it is shipped out.
